Got an alert from KSR.

Bryan Fonseca @BryanFonsecaNY

Source tells me that Hamidou Diallo is staying in Kentucky for a year. #NBADraft

It seems everyone is running with the KSR report. I'll believe it when I see he's officially pulled his name out by midnight tomorrow.

Zach Braziller @NYPost_Brazille

Source close to Hamidou Diallo: Nothing has been decided. No decision yet. Plans to meet with inner circle tomorrow. #bbn

Will it matter on Selection Sunday, though? The SEC teams always get better after the rugged conference schedule but it doesn't seem to matter to the committee. After the effort by SEC teams in last season's tourney, we may get six teams in but you can bet the ACC and Big X will each get 8-10. Dammit.

The SEC is going to be way better than it was last year, and good teams are more likely to beat good teams out-of-conference and have good RPIs, so, yes, I'd say it should make a difference

Next year is the SEC's year to get 8-10 teams in. The only team I'd rule out of the dance is LSU and even they look like they could be a Top 100 team, especially if they add Alstork
