Derek Dooley the worst SEC coach of all time?

He only has 3 SEC wins in almost 3 full years. He is 0-15 against ranked opponents.

he's got a nice motor and coached through pain (broke down hip and still on the sidelines). So, he's got that at least.

Derek Dooley is Mike Shula without the wins. Definitely the worst coach Tennessee has ever had.

Yes. He is horrible. There is no excuse for Tennessee only walking away with 1 win from a division with Vandy, Kentucky and Mizzou.

He seriously might be the worst gameday coach I have ever seen. He makes terrible decesions in close games. Who runs a fake FG in OT? And he had 2 timeouts with 45 seconds left or whatever before the start of OT. I like the guy but he's not HC material.

Believe it or not I know an educated man that thinks Dooley is a good coach just because he worked under Saban. He would fire Miles to replace him with Dooley in a heartbeat.

People can say all they want about the state of our program right now, but bottomline this team has no business being at 4-6. Our offense is putting up record numbers and our defense was ranked in the top 35 in total defense last year with literally the same roster.
