What the hell is going on in that second play? Looks like everyone on the line is running a different play.

Illegal Crack Back
Crackback blocking is a block below the waist (outside of the tackle box). Blocking below the waist in the tackle box is always legal as long as the guy hits the defender between a 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock angle.
I didn't see #15 hit below the waist, so by definition it is not a crackback block. Whether it was a completely legal block I don't know.
