Red Elephant Club, Bama's all-powerful booster club that controls the NCAA, ESPN, SEC scheduling, the weather, stock market trends, 9/11, etc etc

Honest question and you can blow it off if you want but I'm not just trolling. Do you think losing Hughes will hurt you with identifying and getting in with under the radar talent as well as you have? You don't just replace the system and relationships he had.

He wasn't the head coach for the ones at Florida and he didn't recruit any of the ones at MSU except maybe 1 or 2 that this article would be including (the big juco DE).

Good question. We were able to replace Hughes for the most part, at least. We hired Terrell Buckley. Dan is the one that selects players based on camp performance though.

So Buckley has about the same connections? Again not trying to troll just wondering. Always heard that Hughes' relationships and using them to get in early earned him that big salary as it should have. Ole miss would take him back in a sec I would think.

Just go sit quietly in the corner until the NCAA is done with you. At that time, you will be allowed to reclaim your seat at the kiddie table.

What's funny is this is coming from a fanbass that quit on their team in the 3rd Qtr as the Rebels were "running a train" on your team in Oxford this year

Damn, Butchy.

North is the only one from his partial/shared class that has chosen to declare early and he'll go in this years draft. Before that, there aren't any Butch signees.

Yes, Buckley is well respected and well liked in the MS high school system.
