This could be the straw that breaks Malzahn's back at Auburn. You don't lose a favorite son, record setting quarterback and up and coming coach to a lateral move to a division rival and not get some blowback.

This is going to hurt him...bad.

Not sure it will. All he has to do is one dirty sanches to Jay Jacobs and a couple reach arounds for Gogue and he is all set.

Wow Auburn might get the ultimate nut check from LSU this offseason. They hire Steele paying us $500k for him so we can massively upgrade to Aranda and now we might steal their best recruiter.

We broke and it still would be an upgrade for Craig.

Did you see Auburns receivers last year?

Ummm did you see Auburn's QBs??? Did you see their wideouts the year before when they had qb who could get them the ball. Don't act like Sammie Coates, Ricardo Louis, Quan Bray and CJ Uzomah weren't balling in a run heavy offense.

Auburn says that's part of why he's looking around. He doesn't get to Coach. Sounds like Gus is a control freak.

I think he is using LSU to get a raise at AU, unless he just is unhappy with Gus and is miserable there.

That's so out of left field, he must really be pissed at Gus to leave his alma mater

Our wideouts haven't look like that since OBJ and Juice. I'll gladly take him as wideout coach.

It was only announced yesterday that the WR coach was moving on.

So, how many coaches you think have been offered?

Ms. Garrison would hang herself, and that's not such a bad thing
