Barely a minute left in the game and up 30-7, Duke punches it in from the 1 for another TD.
Being that Cutcliffe was in the SEC for a long time and we typically don't try to embarass overmatched opponents late in games that are out of reach like that. Taking tMercyKnee gives a good a coach a solid chub.
Is it a small dick syndrome kind of thing to score a pointless touchdown, the spread was already covered easily.

i did think it was lame Duke was still throwing passes earlier in the drive though.

If you had watched that game, Arkansas was scoring on nearly every play. At one time we had 5 plays from scrimmage and 4 touchdowns. Apple's to tailgates comparison

If it was backups and not starters, then I have no issue with it whatsoever. It's the first game of the season and the younger players need experience. It's the opposing team's job to stop you from scoring. It wasn't DC's responsibility to take away an opportunity for live game experience from his football players.
