He would have to if Allen hadn't been watching himself running the ball on your big screen. He saw the OM player coming up and immediately wrapped up the ball with both hands. That's called using your technology against you.

Post game interview one of the players said they yelled "Ball! Ball!" and JA covered it up. If you watch the replay you'll see it.
Quincy wasn't stripping anything from Allen on that run.
