I remember people predicting Cam to be a bust and go 7-5. People don't know shite.

Just think if Nick went back to that septic tank, 21-0, 21-17, 38-17, and my personal favorite, 20-13 don't happen.
Now I'm going to prepare myself for it was Chavis fault type responses.
Last year the magic of Tiger Stadium was gonna save them, this year it's a Kevin Steele lead defense and a boring, predictable 1980s offense that is going to do it.

RB-Possibly a tiny advantage at RB to LSU

DBs - with the way our young guys are looking in practice, I will actually give this unit to Bama as well.

No, you actually managed to make yourself look worse.

Nothing substantive from you, I see. Just emoticons.
I feel your pain.

You're such a homer and so misinformed that I don't even know where to start. It's clear you don't know dick about LSU's team this year, which is fine, but i'm not going to waste my time educating someone who is not capable of being educated.

Give DS a break. Preseason is his second favorite season, followed closely by cruitin season, and preceded by the offseason.

UCLA was a pretty common "sexy" pick last year. Top 10 team, Hundley was a Heisman front runner and 1st round pick, Mora had taken over LA and was going to dominate the Pac-12. Oops People like Phil Steele who overvalue returning starters were jizzing their pants over them.

Still nothing substantive from you. It's just as well, I suppose. Good luck to your team this season.

Phil Steele was loved in Louisiana after he picked LSU as his dark horse in 07.

Actually, Corso is 67% with all picks.

Barking up the wrong tree, nice try though
Pretty sure you have the wrong year anyway, we were #1 or 2 going into 07.

Maybe it was 03. Both were so long ago it's hard to remember.

No, I thought last year we'd struggle given how much we lost. I have questions about the Steele hire long term, but in year 1 with such a veteran defense I think we'll be fine there. Stacked at OL for the first time in years because we actually had draftable guys come back for once. Fournette is obviously a massive talent. Don't need great QB play to win games, LSU has been winning without it for years upon years at this point, Just need it to be competent and I think it will be based on what we know and the fact that Harris has pulled away in camp and has had a full year to develop within the system. The SEC West is obviously ridiculous this year, just about any team could win it and just about any team could finish down at the bottom. I'm not predicting an NC, but given what we bring back we're definitely a contender to get into that 4 team playoff along with 7 or 8 other teams, many of whom are also in our division. Inuries and penalties will likely tell the story not just for LSU but for most of the SEC West.
If you think that's a homer analysis then I don't know what to tell you.

After thoughtful consideration, I think I'm gonna go with the 99% of pundits who don't believe this. It's just a safe play.

I thought you missed that.

Three big problems for LSU.
1. No QB worth a shite
2. Boring predictable 1980s offense
3. You went from Chavis to Kevin LOL Steele as your DC.

Didn't have one in 2010 or 2011 either. Went a combined 24-3 anyway.

that set SEC records in 2013

As I already said, not likely to be a problem until year 2.
