Convince me Arkansas won't win the West....

Was just looking at their schedule, and besides Bama I didn't see a single game that gave me any pause about the Hogs having a pretty good to great chance at taking home a win, and even that game seems like it could be a toss up. Will have a top 3 QB in the SEC West, tandem of RBs as good as anyone in the country, and a defense that was playing tough last season but did lose some talent. If Philon and Flowers were back, I wouldn't have any pause about picking them.

Well, they lost a lot on that D-line, and they have won 2 SEC games in the last 2 seasons...They should have a good year, and if they are ever going to have it, it would be now...But the SEC isn't forgiving, and a few injuries, like any team, would set them back...

Dline is probably the biggest strength on defense. It's the deepest and most talented it's been in my lifetime.

They haven't won a conference game outside of Fayetteville in three years.

since you didn't convince me at all that they will win the West, I'd say the onus is still on you to make the case, rather than the other way around.

Nobody cared about beating them at the end of last year. That will not happen this year since they are so much of the talk now.
No SEC West team will be taken for granted. Some East teams are being talked up as well, so there shouldn't be any surprise teams that really present a real threat.

Youre right, all the SEC teams were really wanting to be the team to lose to Arkansas after their 17 straight SEC losses
