Five FBS teams blew halftime leads of 10 points or more in Week 1, and four were from the SEC -- Kentucky, Miss. State, Ole Miss and Vandy.

"Who was the other one?", he asked with a smile, anticipating the plethora of downvotes and asshurt.

Kentucky: Allowed 34 unanswered points
Ole Miss: Allowed 33 unanswered points
MSU: Had a 17-0 lead at the half
Vandy: Had a 10-0 lead at the half
Moral of the story? Wait until that clock hits 0:00 before you feel safe

Leads are a bad thing, don't try until at least the 2nd half

Call me old fashioned but is taking a big lead and having a meltdown technically better than just sucking the entire game?

We took a 10-9 lead into halftime, but I think we should be included, as we blew a 15-point 4th quarter lead to a pretty average team.

The "other one" was also a bad look for the SEC in its own way

And winning?
That's not old fashioned, that's just marking a W instead of a L

LSU wins a lot more than Arkansas. We know what it feels like. You should try winning a championship of any kind sometime. Those are a lot more fun than regular ole wins.
