With Texas A&M's victory at BDS he's joined an elite group of Sec QBs who have led their team into BDS vs a top ranked Nick Saban defense and won.

The short list includes former SEC greats:
Cam Newton
Jordan Jefferson
Jarrett Lee

To do that as a freshman is remarkable.
The sky is the limit for this kid.

It's not just what you do, but how you do it. He's destroying the SEC's record books.

He led LSU to victory against Bama? I thought Jefferson was the key to the LSU victory in BDS in 2011. LSU didn't win in Bama in 2009 (the other time the two played in that stadium).

Lee was 24/48 (50% comp) for 316 1 TD and 7 INTs in his career against Bama. He never led LSU to victory against Bama in either Death Valley or BDS. Jefferson, on the other hand, beat Bama in both stadiums.

Why is he on the list? Alabama didn't lose to him last season. He has a 1 TD : 7 INT record versus Alabama overall. That stat and the fact that he was pulled against Alabama last year makes me call BS.

I'm assuming JL and JJ are a joke from a good LSU fan.

Johnny Football is the real deal. He should win the Heisman.
