Congrats To Alabama From A Clemson Fan

While I am disappointed in the loss, I am pound of how our team stood toe-to-toe with the gold stand of college football. Usually scoring 40 points on Alabama should equate a win, but the Tide's Offense showed up!
Not going to make excuses of injuries or calls. We had enough talent on the field to win the game but about 4-5 key plays went Alabama's way and in games like this that is what usually decides games like this.
My hats of to Nick Saban and Lane Kiffin's play calling. That was the difference in this game. The onside kick took some huge balls and that is what champions do.
This game exposed our biggest weakness in special teams. We were all worried that this could hurt us and it did.
I was proud how Watson played the game of his life against arguably the best defense in the nation and walked away hopefully a better QB.
Hopefully this is the first of many appearances in the playoffs and hopefully we will get another shot at the Tide before Dabo takes over your program...LOL
Good game!

Y'all fricked us up forreal. Have no idea how we won that game. I can't even troll man. I'd feel terrible doing it.

Good game. Clemson is a very good team that never gave up.

Thanks. I know the disappointment in defeat and we have all been there. Watson will be back at least for an encore. Good luck next year but I doubt you'll get a chance at a rematch. We lose our front seven, the QB, our heisman winning RB and our defensive coordinator.

Yep, Ole Miss beat us,,,,,,,so what? Who has the hardware?
To the op, Clemson played tough and put up much better fight than I thought they would. Congrats on the great season. With that QB, you should be right back in the hunt next year.

A lot of respect was earned by Clemson. Great game.

I was beyond impressed with everything Clemson last night, from the grit, strength and poise of the player to the volume of fans both in numbers and decibels.
In truth I feel pretty lucky that the game turned out the way it did and it easily could have gone Clemson's way.
Looking forward to watching lots of Clemson football next season but not to the possibility of a rematch!

I couldn't be more proud of our Tigers for their effort last night. They went face-to-face with the best that college football has to offer and didn't stand down when the heat was turned up late.
The call for the onside kick was brilliant by Saban, no one in orange ever considered for a second they would go for it. Kudos to Saban and team for winning a heck of a game.
Hopefully we can get back next year, we lose Peake and maybe Gallman, but the return of Mike Williams and Deon Cain, provided he stays out of trouble, will prove beneficial for our offense next year. Hunter Renfrow, Artavis Scott, and Ray Ray will give us a plethora of options in the slot, plus Adam Choice returns from a medical redshirt next year.
Things are looking up in Tigertown.

Clemson is a great great team.
Your OLine and pass rush are much better than most expected
Deshaun Watson is as good as Cam.
Your receivers are incredibly well coached
I wouldn't blame you if you said you should've won and Bama got lucky.
Yall will be back. I'm glad we don't have to play again for now
