I always pull for kentucky during basketball season, when they arent playing alabama. Have since I was a kid. Just like I pull for LSU during football season when they arent playing alabama. Like I pull for the Lakers when they arent playing Chicago.
It's called being diverse, enjoying the sport as a whole and not just your tiny little hole in the ground. I realize that some people havent evolved to that level of complexity though.
