My past situations cause me to dislike Arkansas fans (LSU fan growing up in Arkansas). However, I can easily see how under different circumstances, I would enjoy Arkansas fans. I can't really envision a scenario (other than being an aggie) where I would enjoy A&M fans though.

bullshite. I've got a half a bottle of JTS Brown that's been sitting n my well house since 1997 because it made me puke so hard it felt like my face was peeling off. I broke blood vessels in both eyeballs and had black eyes like I had broken my nose.

I can't envision a situation where this would ever be done at our home stadium. I can only think of three fan bases who have actually been in attendance in large enough numbers and been loud enough to care and this tactic wouldn't work on them.
1. Alabama fans. They are good tempered, cheer their team, and overall are a pretty good group of people so it would be wrong to do this to them.
2. LSU fans. They already smell enough of whiskey for the most part that this is just wasted alcohol.
3. Texas fans (its been since Matt Jones, but vividly remember the assholery). They are typically being shitty enough that complaints will get them ejected but it just makes the ones around them louder. To make matters worse, half of their "fans" were our fricking students who weren't able to get into UT but still worshipped at the feet of Bevo so they also felt pretty comfortable in the stadium.
Maybe Auburn "fans" who are actually mostly local Malzahnites and would explode if liquor got within 10 feet of them.
