OT and misleading numbers. If you counted the people writing off state income taxes as an expense to the federal government which it actually is you'd have different numbers.
Also, it doesn't take into account what the spending is for. Is it spending that creates a benefit like NASA, military, etc. or entitlement spending?
Finally, the writer who wrote this would probably blast Trump if he cut spending in a state like Alabama. The headline would be something like "Trump Cuts Benefits for Underprivileged or Minority Communities."
