College Football's Most Freakish Athletes

Jalen Hurd #7, Leonard Fournette #3.
7. Jalen Hurd, RB, Tennessee
Class (size): Junior (6-4, 240)
At a massive size for his position, Hurd has nimble footwork and changes directions like a much smaller back when necessary. In the weight room, he can squat over 600 pounds. Then there is his speed, which he documented here via Instagram. After picking up 1,288 yards last year, he's the safest bet to lead the SEC East in rushing this fall.
3. Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU
Class (size): Junior (6-1, 230)
Fournette doesn't need to prove himself in the weight room or on a track to qualify as a freak athlete -- he only needs an audience on Saturdays. There isn't a more impressive combination of power (600-pound squat) and speed (4.35 40) at his position anywhere in the game. While this video illustration can't be called a 40-yard dash, it certainly proves he can fly for his size. If Fournette eclipses his freshman season total of 1,034 yards this fall, he'll have posted three of LSU's top 15 rushing seasons ever in his first three years at the school.

Is this a "pick one" thread or are you just telling us about them?

Alopecia areata, also known as spot baldness and or 'Davey Kirts syndrome' is an autoimmune disease in which hair is lost from some or all areas of the body, usually from the scalp due to the body's failure to recognize its own body cells and subsequent destruction of its own tissue as if it were an invader.

If Nick Chubb is back playing by game 1 like many suspect, I don't give a shite what any of you say: that's a total freak

Football is a team game, bro. We're talking about individuals here.

Great article on how athleticism doesn't necessarily translate to production on the football field.

If Myles Garrett is not on the list, it's bogus.

Kentucky doesn't have what you would call a "total freak" we have a bunch of receivers that call themselves the juice boys but continually proceed to drop passes. I prefer orange juice myself except in my case, it always delivers.
