Malzahn will be somewhere on this list next year. He already makes a mill and has a lot of talent in 2012. Its going to take in the 2's for him to leave.

marky mark used to be one of the highest paid coaches back in the day. damn he has been here longggggg.

It wasn't that long ago. He was hired in 2001.

I wonder why they didn't include Mullen on this list? Mullen's contract was finalized and announced on Dec 30, 2010. Guess the article was lazy in doing its research.

BTW, Mullen's new contract pays him 2.65 Million a year.

So technically the University base pay is only $5,166,666 which $245,000 is paid by the state. The rest is endorsements and outside pay that Alabama is not responsible for.

Regardless, of what he gets paid. I think he's worth every penny.

Afternote.... Just noticed that his salary has 666 in it.
