Apologize if this is the wrong place to post this - mods feel free to move.

Has anyone here been to the CFB HOF? Thinking of going Saturday morning and wondering what the crowd will be like given the game also being in town and if it's worth it.

Just so you know, they barely acknowledge the existence of basketball in the CFHoF.

It's worth checking out once.

It is pretty cool to see honestly. I enjoyed looking through all the stuff they have at the Hall of Fame.

I can't speak to the crowds but it's 100% worth going to. A ton of history of the sport on top of the actual Hall of Fame. You register with your favorite school and they give you a badge with an RFID chip inside. Each time you walk up to an interactive exhibit it recognizes you and gives you school specific info.

It is certainly worth checking out at least once. Unless things have changed, your ticket is given to you on a lanyard and you enter the ticket ID in a computer and pair it with your favorite team. Then as you approach different displays, it customizes the display for your team, based on reading the RFID in the ticket.

With the game in town, and the HoF being right by CNN/WCC/Dome, it may be crowded; but then again, with the parade, FanFest, etc. it may thin the crowd out enough to make it bearable.

Really? I thought it lacked quite a bit. I guess the interactive displays can give that, but I can get that info on my ipad.

I wish it had more actual historical items and less interactive displays and games

Its a pretty neat thing. I took my dad last year and we both enjoyed it. The crowd might be a little large considering New Years and the Peach Bowl.

I'd recommend it to anyone coming into town.

Appreciate the heads up. What would be the best places to watch the game afterwards if I'm in that area?
