Basketball is pathetic.
Any close game is just a rinse repeat motion of purposeful fouls and stalling. It's unbearable.

Nah. I'm not normally a big fan but this season has been fun. Aggies have been fun to watch. And I like the hell out of so many top-ranked teams losing as soon as they get into the top 3. If Bama was a contender I submit that you'd be a fan.
That said, I'm really looking forward to baseball.

My hatred of basketball runs past my love for Alabama. I wasn't even a fan earlier this year when supposedly we were doing well. Basketball just doesn't appeal to me.
Just my opinion of course but in terms of the big 4:
Football
Hockey
Basketball
Baseball
in that order.

Not at all. I enjoyed the hell out of Colorado College games when I was at Ft. Carson. But Bama doesn't play NCAA hockey. They play club hockey, which (no offense to club hockey) sounds a lot like my intramural school champion football team.

I think this season so far has been even better. I like the 30 second clock. Moving the line out under the basket has seemed to have reduced the number of charges called.
Not having a truly dominant team with so many closely contested games has been fun and may set up to make a great March Madness season.

Me too
and we aren't even good but we are fun to watch. Basketball was my first sports love, there is beauty and purity in the simplicity of the game. For me it tops out at the college level, I find the nba pretty boring at least until playoffs.
