He said SEC is the worst coached conference in college football, and the SEC's reign of top conference is over. Claims Vegas confirms his claim. Thoughts?

This worked out so well for him last time.

I think he's largely right. HC talent in the SEC today vs 7 or 8 years ago is pretty striking

The coaches have gotten worse. The name of the schools in the conference will keep it 1 or 2.

i mean it's a pretty pathetic collection of hc's, that's for sure. but as long as saban is at bama the SEC will always have a good chance to bring home a title.

He gave Bama credit. He's talking as a whole.

A male hooker in Vegas confirms it, right?

He's a disgrace to journalism. I listen to Dan Patrick every morning, the herd comes on immediately after. I think the max I've lasted is about 10 minutes into his show. Every single take is wrong. It's truly amazing

When Saban retires balance will come back, but I'm interested in seeing what type of young coaching talent is going to be eager to come back to the SEC. The SEC will always have the demographic advantage in recruiting so that alone will attract alot of coaches.

He is right about the coaching. For the money this conference generates, the coaches as a whole are pitiful. How many of them would be in demand if a big opening occurs ?

He's only said this every year for the past several years. Eventually he'll be right.

He also said that Gus had over-taken Saban and that Bama wouldn't be able to beat AU moving forward after the 2013 season.

He has a point. The dominance is really Alabama. 4 of 8. Auburn has 1, but the ACC has 2 of the last 3. What coach besides Sabin is elite?
