Coach's buyouts

Do you forsee moving forward that these insane buyouts for mediocrity going back down or rising even more? I look at TAMU and Arkansas as prime examples who have to accept mediocrity because the jumped out and have insane buyouts on their coaches. Both have $15 million buyouts to fire their coaches.
