EDIT: Bret has no shot this year or probably next. Forgot that he went 0-8 in his first year.

Boom is 17-15 as a HC in in conference play. Hopefully he remains over .500 after this season.

Gus has a shot if he can pull off 3-5, will be tough but I think he can do it

Freeze is 18-14 by my count
