Anyone else think it's a shame he can even be a finalist for the hall of fame ad r we being stripped of wins at 2 different schools? Doesn't seem like a hall of fame material to me. Thoughts?

On one hand Cal didnt know anything about it (rose/camby)
On the other, has a coach ever been to 2 schools that had this happen ? And if the NCAA stripped him of so many wins, how many does he have by their count and is it a HOF quantity?

AAU and college basketball is dirtier than professional boxing or Major League Baseball and the Tour de France.

The coaches know it.

The hall of fame committee know it.

Cal is no different than all the other coaches in the game.

I can see where he didn't know about Camby and the fact that Cmby was working with an agent at UMass. But the whole Derick Rose thing....he had to know about it, Rose could not even make a 12 on his ACT after taking it numerous times, I'll guarantee you, Calipari found someone to take that test for him...and I have no beef with the University of Memphis doing well.

I'm not saying he did or didn't know anything, but I find it amazing that people find it so hard to acknowledge that the NCAA wrote specifically that he had no knowledge of Camby or Rose issues. The Hall of Fame doesn't care about some internet guys opinion. FWIW, The NCAA fricked the Rose situation up more than anyone.

He hasn't been caught though. Cal's never been implicated of anything.

And the denial continues. Prepare to take those banners down.

It's better to take banners down than never to have put up any at all.
