He seems pretty impressed with our new indoor facility.
Saw him interviewed earlier today on TV, seems like a good guy.
I always liked him at Arkansas.
Worries the helloutta me that he is tweeting to Orth ... if Orth starts for us again this year ... well, he's better not.
ETA: Oh yeah, couldn't include the little vine gif of him drop the fade in from 57 out into the trash can in the indoor facility ... which was the point of his tweet, but I linked to it.

That's a whole lot of drivel

He's solid Arkansas alumni ... the guy was a player and competitor. One of the class acts to come out of the league. Always hated what happened to him up at Tennessee, wasn't his fault IMHO, but I know it was the equivalent of what happened with A&M in basketball last night, in the eyes of Vol fans.

He won us more NC's than Peyton did

Orth has been the first QB for 11 on 11 drills thus far, and with Nunez now hurt it could be his to lose

what's his story...the only thing at all I know about him was that he looked pretty good against us last year when he was in. Is he looking at much PT this year?

No. He was a gamer though and tough as a boot. Really like Clint.

Did he stumble & fumble again?

Nunez hyperextended his knee in practice and will probably be out until the Fall.
If Boom/Roper had any sense, he'd be the starter and Orth wouldn't see the field. Kid is a pain in the arse to corral

Yep as bad as that day was in Knoxville, he came back next year in Ville and threw a game winning pass to beat Tenner. I was there, the place was rocking. I remember walking into the stadium with three Tenn dudes that looked like zz top with Tenn jerseys on. We got about 200 yards from stadium and one of them said "where is the other half of your stadium." I thought it was funny. It was before we closed in the south end.

Nah, back in the 90's, much like Bama today, nobody could beat us. We only beat ourselves.

He hyperextended his knee at practice/scrimmage. It was non-contact related, he did it on a cut. He had an MRI, it's not an ACL, but he's going to miss the rest of the spring camp.
That sucks for him, in that this was his chance to have the coaches see him in live action and start positioning him somewhere in the depth chart. Now they won't get another look at him, in that way, until fall camp. This will benefit McIlwain though. McIlwain was unable to crack our baseball team's starting roster right now, so more of his focus will probably go towards football.

If McIlwain was a baseball scholarship player, I bet he would have cracked the starting roster. However, his status as a football player probably keeps him on the baseball bench.

With Destino and DTW in the OF, it would be tough for anyone in the conference to see significant PT in our OF. Cone as been doing work at lead off as well.
