Chris Leak and James Franklin are disrespected

Too often we hear how Tebow led Florida to "2 national championships" and how Mauk led Mizzou to "back to back" east titles.
People forget that Leak was the starter for Florida in 2006. Franklin was the starter for Mizzou in 2013
Tebow and Mauk, (unfortunately for MU, atleast), are the "faces" of their respective teams.
Folks think of the 2006-09 Gators as a high flying offensive team (like 2008), even though the '06 squad had an average at best offense.
People also believe that Mizzou was "lucky" and a "fluke" (like 2014) but forget how potent the 2013 offense was.
Just my 2 cents. I wanna give the too often overlooked Leak and Franklin their due.

Franklin was good but, but one of them won the NC and the other won the SEC East.

Are you really arguing less people know a NC winning QB vs. simply a division winning QB?
Lots of people knew of Chris Leak. Especially in that run. He wasn't near as popular as Tebow but still known.
