ND has never won a Natty and has less final fours.

No you couldn't. The bolded are laughable at best.

If you use actual resumes then you will get it.

Notre Dame and St Johns yeah, but I think most would take NC State's program over Arkansas.
Keep in mind when comparing resumes that NC State has always played in the ACC, a WAY better basketball league than the SWC and SEC.

Why NC State? 3 L ess final fours and less NCAA tourneys. Cheated to win NC.

2 titles. Would have more NCAA appearances and conference hardware if they weren't in the ACC

Arkansas Basketball #8 All-Time as
recently as 2005.... With 6 Final Fours
The problem with Arkansas basketball is what has happened since 2005.... my guess is your ranking has dropped like a rock.
In Basketball, you rank #26 all-time in terms of AP Poll Points. If you take simply weekly appearances in the AP Poll, Arkansas comes in at #33. Of course it's all about the NCAA Tournament when it comes to basketball, and the Hogs rank #16 in all-time number of bids.....
However, there are a handful of programs with fewer Tournament bids who could rank ahead of Arkansas:
Oklahoma State- has 3 fewer bids (27 vs. 30 for Ark) but has the same number of Final Four appearances and one additional National Championship
Cincinnati- has the same number of bids as Arkansas (30), same number of Final 4 appearances (6), and one additional National Title
Then you've got a program like Florida who has certainly not been as strong as Arkansas historically, but now has 5 Final Four appearances and 2 National Titles. I think a case can be made that the extra National Title carries a lot of weight.
All things considered, if Arkansas basketball is still Top 20, its barely Top 20..... I'd rank it somewhere between #18 and #25 personally.

Hogs also have better resume than Georgetown. We are in par with Syracuse abd Michigan historically if you look at resumes.

Point is, Arkansas is definitely not top 8. Top 20 sure but like the guy above said, that ranking will start to drop too if the last decade or so continues

Is this what happens when you can't win NCs or SECCGs in football? I wouldn't so, please advise.
