Hasn't Muschamp won a few national titles as DC? I'd say him.

I believe Muschamp went to one with Texas as well.

Your Auburn hatred is clouding your A&M hatred... and judgment.

Your melt this year will be glorious.

It's an interesting question. Both inherited much more talent than SECw schools care to admit or realize. Both are proven DCs in the SEC. Both are have up tempo offenses on the other side of the ball.
I think it will be close but I will give the nod to Auburn.

Champ
Had the conversation with a friend about if we wanted champ or Chavis when champ got canned.
Told him I'd rather champ but it wasn't like LSU was gonna fire Chief.
frick us, right?

Actually, I would be happy with either, but am glad with Champ (AU history). Both better than the rest of the conference - even tho it may not look that way this year

Is this still residual hate from Ms. Garrison's thread?

I wanted Muschamp, but when we landed Chavis it actually worked out because I think champ will be trying to get back to a HC gig soon, while Chavis will be content being DC for the rest of his career. I'd rather a long term DC then a 1 and done.

I can agree with your premise that muschamp may well go back to being a HC, and that Chavis will not, but
"1 and done"
You serious?

Ok, 2 and done? Make you feel better. The point was I doubt he sticks around as a DC for too long.

Hating A&M is just a fad. Auburn has always been my least favorite school, well before Ms. Garrison at that.

Good deal. Just as long as you're transparent about your bias.
