's defense? They are a freakin pick-6 machine.

I'm going to say
FSU Offense: 31
FSU Defense: 21
UF: 10

UF lost to an FCS school. Jimbo will have mercy on Boom and call off the dogs early. FSU 49-10.

Florida will not score a TD. They may be able to get a FG or two.

This should be a Jefferson Pilot telecast.

The problem: even his 3rd and 4th stringers will put up points and get takeaways from this Florida team.

The way we have owned FSUcks over the years, he better not or FSUcks fans will not be happy. The ones I know want at least 60 points.

No way we will score 10!

We only scored 20 against an FCS school.

We hade so many injuries on defense it isn't funny. Earlier in the year we had tough defense until attrition took its toll..yesterday we ADDED these players either suspended or injured (and most likely not playing next weekend)

DL starter Jonathon Bullard
LB starter Darrin Kitchens
LB starter Michael Taylor
CB starter Marcus Roberson
LB Alex Anzalone frosh backup injured during game

Add those to Easley, best LB Antonio Morrison, frosh LB Jeremi Powell, frosh LB Matt Rolin etc etc This is just the defense and there may be more, just Im not aware of them. We were forced to start true frosh Davis and walk on Campbell at LB yesterday. We also had to insert frosh DE MaCallister who is no where ready to play and is about 6'6" 215 and skinny as hell...I looked at this kid a few weeks ago and thought he wouldn't see the field for two years.

Give GSU credit...on offense they sealed the perimeter with blocks that sprung their rbs loose down the sidelines and the above is part of the reason. We cant beat our own shadow right now..its sad but better days are a coming.

That would be a bad move. If I were the Florida AD, here's how I would play it:

1. Start putting out serious feelers now for my targets (I would have started this earlier, but let's assume this hasn't been done yet).
2. Leave Boom in for the FSU game. There is no way you win that game with a coaching change, and there's a longshot that the players get inspired with the "let's save the coach's job" mentality and play way over their heads.
3. I don't care if you score 100 and Florida State renames their program to Gator Bitches, you still fire Boom right after the game.
4. Here's the tough part - you have to use this timing advantage to make progress in your coaching search WITHOUT causing distractions for your likely targets who have bowl games.

If the cards fall right, you have an elite coach doing the gator chomp right after the new year, and you take a shot at turning some recruits with the new staff. If you happen to want a coach who isn't in a major bowl game, all the better to get a head start.

Should be on the phone with Bobby Petrino today. Also, call Steve Spurrier, just to see if he wants to end his career and pass Bear Bryants SEC win total as a Gator instead of a Gamecock.
