CFP rankings - who controls their own destiny?

1 Clemson -- um, yep
2 LSU -- absolutely
3 Ohio State -- yep
4 Alabama -- duh
5 Notre Dame -- clearly
6 Baylor -- almost, although MSU/UF jump them by winning out
7 Michigan State -- I think so. They can take out Ohio St, jump Baylor, and jump the LSU/Bama loser.
8 TCU -- see Baylor
9 Iowa -- bad perception of this team. If they win out it will be because "the B1G is weak".
10 Florida 7-1 -- I think they control their own destiny based on who they'd beat on the way up.
11 Stanford -- need help from SEC/Big12 to beat up on each other.
12 Utah -- nope, no shot
13 Memphis -- nope, no shot
14 Oklahoma State -- would get interesting if they steamroll TCU/Baylor/OU
15 Oklahoma -- they are in decent shape, but no way they control their own destiny
16 Florida State -- GTech loss is a black eye that won't go away.

So if Florida wins out and beats Ole Miss in the SECCG while Bama sits at home at 11-1 you still think they are in?

Alabama probably doesn't control their own destiny

Alabama is tricky.
Undefeated Clemson, Ohio State, and Baylor/TCU all get in over Alabama.
If Ole Miss wins out and wins the West, and then Florida beats Ole Miss in the SEC Championship game, then Florida would get in above Alabama.
So no, Alabama doesn't control their own destiny.

Notre Dame also in no way, shape, or form controls their own destiny.

ND controls their own destiny unless Clemson tanks. Irish finish at Stanford, and they are ND.
I could see the points against Bama, though. I am halfway just taking it for granted that Ole Mrs. doesn't win out.

Nope.
If Clemson, LSU, Ohio State, and Big XII team finish undefeated, Notre Dame does not get in.
Therefore, they do not control their own destiny. Period.

Ole Miss does not control their own destiny for the playoff.
They have 2-losses, and Ole Miss winning out would ignite the Memphis argument.

Every undefeated power 5 team controls their own destiny. There won't be five undefeated teams at the end of the regular season. Other than those, I'd say Bama, Florida, and OU are all in if they win out.

Bans does not control their own destiny.
A 2 loss Ole Miss winning out hurts them in the long run.
