College football analyst Dave Bartoo doesn’t believe the Volunteers are the most talented bunch in their own conference.

“Florida (and) Georgia talent-wise are better than Tennessee,” Bartoo told The Paul Finebaum Show on Wednesday.

I don't have any f'n idea who Dave bartoo is...but I like him.

I just had to offer up one dissenting opinion. To momentarily interrupt the Vol's annual preseason national championship celebration.

The same Kirk Herbstreit who predicted Arizona St to make the college playoffs last year?

His prognostication skills are horrific.

They both have the better head coach, no debating that.

Georgia at least has an argument to make.

Florida . Jim "Three-Star" McElwain is on an infinitely lower plane than Butch and Kirby recruiting-wise. He counts on getting decent rankings based on quantity rather than quality.
