Guy gave up a chance at winning a ring or two to supposedly help LSU take their program to that elite level. Instead he'll never be on the list of great SEC running backs like Herschel, Bo, McFadden, and Henry who literally all played for championships unlike Fournette.

Really is sad that the most talented running back of all time never got a chance to leave his mark on the conference like the other greats. I'm not ready to say it's because he's not as good as them just yet but if he's not, you'd have to say he's the most selfless. Really big of him to commit to Coach Miles knowing this would probably happen since all LSU fans have known Miles was a failure since 2005.

To Fournette.

Fournette's class despite all the shite has made me like him more. It's easy to praise God like Tebow did when he was winning at Florida, but it's harder to do in times of hardship

Not to mention Miles' well document relationship with Fournette's daughter. Some things are bigger than football but I guess not in Baton Rouge. I'm sure the Fournette family is crushed. I hope Coach O will give Fournette enough time to come to grips with never playing a meaningful game at LSU and also his young daughter's lost Uncle Les. :(

It really hurts my heart knowing that a great person and football player like Fournette committed to that disaster that is LSU. Had he gone to Alabama, he would have been a god, won titles, awards, and flourished. Saban would have pictures of he and Leonard on the wall of his office. Why Leonard? Why?

And we should have been. He was supposed to strike fear into the hearts of tSEC West. By all rights, he should have.

A wasted college career.

Oh that's right I forgot. As an Arkansas fan, winning the West is like winning the national title for you guys. You guys have no choice but to love and embrace 4 loss seasons like that constantly. My God I think you just made the stupidest post on this site so far tonight.

To the corndog downvoting me for pointing out facts: McFadden had 100 yards in the 2006 SEC Championship game. Fournette never played in one. Facts.

You guys? I'm an alabama fan lil bro. Have literally attended more SEC Title Games than your little program has ever played in. Very sad.

Well.. Fournette will have a great NFL career, and LSU fans will beat their chests about that....You know, because LSU players do great when they aren't at LSU...and somehow that translates to success for LSU....I yeah I don't get it either.

Fournette: never played for a title
McFadden: played for a title

not debatable.

Some LSU fans have completely lost a grip on reality at this point. A real tragedy.

What's to believe? Nothing I've said is even remotely debatable. Simply posting facts only the most butthurt of corndogs could try to argue.

Do you think I'm not a Bama fan? check the post history.
Do you think McFadden never played for a title? you're wrong.
Do you think Fournette ever did? He didn't.

What's the problem here Jethreaux?
