What effects does florida and lsu game have on other fanbases?

Well - I know for UT fans they are upset because they viewed the LSU game as UF's 2nd loss.
They are melting now because if they lose twice they are afraid Florida might not lose again and they would lose the division.
Although to be fair to UT fans, they aren't melting nearly as hard as LSU fans.
On the west - it doesn't really impact anyone other than LSU in a negative way. It's a help to everyone else on LSU's schedule, because if LSU is TAMU's or Alabama's only loss, they would still win the division even if LSU wins out.
I honestly don't know why everyone is so upset though. LSU and UF both have a ton of warts and will lose again and it won't be an issue.

Can someone explain to me why didn't just play on Sunday or Monday when USC-UGA played on Sunday and LSU played UT on Monday in 2005?

Everyone is rustled because they realize LSU is no longer going to lay down and let the rest of the SEC walk all over them. The SEC can do it our way or the rest of you can frick off.

The biggest thing that should concern everyone is that the SEC commissioner appears to be weak and ineffective. We can certainly thank Foley for making that obvious to all.

I believe the official reason is that there would be no police/medical responders on hand for either day with most being pulled off to the coast.

LSU got cheated here and nobody likes a cheater. Foley played Sankey and the SEC. Florida took advantage of a natural disaster to give themselves a competitive advantage. Scummy to the max.
Not sure how others feel, but it's the principle of the matter that I'm most upset over. I'm sure LSU will lose at least once more this season and this cancellation wont be an issue, but I think it's important that scum bags get what they've got coming and Florida needs to be put in their place. I don't see Florida being reprimanded for what they did and that rustles my jimmies pretty good.

Yet LSU managed to re-schedule a game just a couple of days after Hurricane Rita a storm much stronger than Matthew that also actually made landfall in Louisiana as opposed to Matthew which didn't make landfall in Florida. This also coming less than a month after Katrina also affecting the state. Big bad Cat 4 Matthew that made landfall as a Cat 1 in South Carolina was apparently somehow worse than two Cat 5s that made landfall in Louisiana as Cat 3s (Katrina and Rita). Florida couldn't manage to scrounge up police and security for a day but LSU with one quarter the residents of Florida couldn't.

I am rustled by the number of threads started on the topic.
