Can Peytons assault be lumped in with the current UT rape case?

If the NCAA can use it to prove that UT has been covering up sexual assaults on women since the mid 90's they may be in for Penn State type of penalties.

The answer certainly lies in the hands of the oracle MButterfly.

The answer is no. The current rape culture at UT is different from the past rape culture. The primary difference, of course, being that the prior acceptance of sexual assault lead to a national championship.

Peyton's "assault" (lol) already was lumped into that ridiculous fricking lawsuit. Mountains are being made out of molehills.

I understand that you are trolling the Tennessee fanbase, but it is absolutely terrifying to me how many people do not understand what a civil lawsuit is. This whole thing has to deal with money, and will almost certainly be settled outside of court. Barring some new, shocking details being discovered, there is absolutely no chance UT receives any sort of punishment from the NCAA, period.

To try and compare these two situations also shows me that you are a very sick, pathetic individual. This is in addition to your lack of education.

It's been cited by many media outlets.

Pretty much just saying that this stuff has been going on for years at Tennessee.
