Unless Persons directly implies Pearl as a co-conspirator, Auburn should be fine. It just looks terrible.......in an Auburn kinda way.

I don't know, man. Sounds like someone was trying to use federal funds as a recruiting loophole. If it was done in basketball, did they learn it from the football program? Don't know the answer but it will be uncovered when people start getting arrested and sing.
