Can Georgia sustain the same level of success this season without Gurley?

Provided their wins aren't vacated, does UGA have the horses to win the east? I haven't seen them play much this year. I've only seen highlights and boxscores.

Gurley was their main offensive weapon. Without him there isn't anything that scares you about that offense

Nah. Aren't their 2nd and 3rd string RBs already hurt? Their defense isn't that good and they don't have Murray to try to carry them anymore.

We have a true freshman starting at RB now with a thumb cast,,,then a white boy at RB and then Keith Marshall who sees ghosts ever since he sustained the knee injury last year

We have a QB with a noodle arm...

Sony is out until Florida at least and is our most dynamic play maker...

NO would be the answer...

They still have Chubb, who isn't Gurley but he's damn good. Hurts the depth obviously.

If they have to throw a lot Saturday we are going to eat Mason alive.

I was supposed to highjack a thread about the future of landmass programs into a thread about Georgia's current season?

It'll be tough, but I feel like 8-4 was a possibility for UGA anyway. If Gurley stays out, it just makes that a little more likely.

In other words, I don't think they were in the playoff hunt either way.
