McElroy, there is a reason why he is listed as the top over-all QB and why he gets so much attention at the combine.

Cam he has the natural talent that can be coached, McElroy could be coached but just couldn't do it.

Depends. If I want a smart, game manager to lead a ground & pound, McElroy. If I want an 'entertainer and an icon' I go Cam. He'll sell tickets, but if I'm running a successful franchise, I likely won't need that. But if we're talking my own team, as a Colts fan, I don't want either.

Considering GM physical limitations if he can't make the throws you have to go with Cam. If Cam is a head case they will just both likely flop out of the NFL

I don't see a reason I should expect McElroy to be any good in the front office or coaching.
