Seen that before. Clay makes many of the arguments being discussed in the rant.

Let's get this out of the way early: Cam Newton is going to be ruled ineligible to play college football at some point.
True, he was, yesterday. He was reinstated today.

Pursuant to the NCAA rulebook, what Auburn should do is rule Newton ineligible and then seek to have his eligibility restored via appeal. But that isn't going to be effective given the time constraints and the amount of money at issue.
Amazing, but that happened, and the appeal was heard and the result returned in under 48 hours.

Things may change and in a few years Auburn could be in deep shite about all of this, but that article was written 2 weeks ago, and certain parts of it have now been refuted. And the thing is, as fast as the NCAA turned this around what makes anyone think it couldn't have been done if necessary the week leading up to the Bama game, or the week of the bye week if needed?

Jesus you guys are getting desperate. Look Auburn got lucky, there is a loop-hole in the system just like in every system. I don't like it, it is honestly a shitty thing because I still believe in values but thats the way shite is.
