I didn't think he ever went back...?

Yah he texted Dooley yesterday, telling him as much...Only one day after ESPN radio reported he would be staying at TN

What an overrated player he is. At least Trent Richardson would have had the balls to meet with the coaching staff.

One, he is NOT overrated, he is a beast.
Two, you dont know what Trent would do if he had to tell Saban he was leaving.

He clearly never got much schooling in how to behave like a man. What an immature, pathetic way to handle your business. I doubt he ever makes much of himself in college. It should serve as a lesson to any player committing to a coach and not a school.

In fairness to him....Kiffin was his role model.

who knows what that kid wants, but I do think he has first round NFL talent if he can get his shite in order on and off the field

What has he done worth a damn? He waited until after NSD to announce and he leaves like this? His drama is more detrimental to the team than his talents. Therefore, he is overrated.
Also, I would expect more of Trent Richardson. He committed to Alabama in the summer of 2008 and stood by that commitment for over 7 months. He's carried himself with a sense of class up until this point. Brown? Yea, not so much.

Bryce Brown season stats
101-460/3
rushes-yards/TDs
Dont say he didnt do ANYTHING, he was behind a senior and a great RB, but those are pretty darn good stats for a RB stuck behind a senior. No one was doubting that he would be a great SEC back by as early as next year.

Trent Richardson was behind a Heisman trophy winner and his had better numbers (more yards, YPC, and touchdowns). Nice try though.
*Cue the "he had better talent around him"

I'm not saying Bryce Brown is better than Trent Richardson, that would be something an ignorant gum..ehem.. person would say, im just saying Bryce is still a very good player and has a great career ahead of him.

His drama outweighs his talent. I wouldn't want him. Then again, we don't need him.
Hope he has fun going 8-4 at Kansas State.
