Apparently he's worked with Belichick a bunch.

1 year, the year before Alex Smith came along.

His NFL QBs were Brady Quinn, Seneca Wallace, Colt McCoy, Matt Cassell, Chad Henne, Matt Moore

I'm cautiously optimistic, but it's definitely not a sure thing.
