It is hard to get people to slow down.
Many drivers go too fast for conditions and/or follow to closely.
It is very sad. I was in a vehicle that almost turned over when I was younger. Too fast for conditions.

Looks like the LSU kid was in the backseat when the crash occurred. It would have been a terrible thing to carry around had he been driving when two other people were killed.
