Nebraska hasn't won a conference title since 1999. Not only that, but, unlike Alabama, who WON the national title when placed in the BCS title game after not winning their division, Nebraska got spanked in their BCS title game appearance.

Ga, Bama, LSU are the elite and carry the conference. FL, USCe, and Ags are right there and could hold their own in any conference.

LSU "squeaks by Auburn, Ole Miss and Arkansas consistently"? LSU is 8-4 vs Auburn, 9-3 vs Ole Miss & 8-4 vs Arky this century. Considering that Auburn has won 2 SEC titles & a BCS title in addition being shut out of the BCS title game in '04 despite being undefeated, why is that a knock against LSU? As for the other 2, they consider LSU as their arch-rival & are much more jacked up to win that game yet LSU has dominated those series.
Clemson? You mean that team who has lost the last 4 straight games vs the SEC team in its state? "Finishing off LSU"? You mean kicking a FG on the last play of the game after not having led at any point in the game & LSU refusing to just run out the clock in the final few minutes?

Agreed. Outside of the Big6, I'm not sure there isn't a school in the conference that wouldn't want to have the history and resources of Michigan or Ohio State.
