Richt has defanately underachieved with the players hes been able to recruit and play for him I dont understand how he hasn't won more games

This. He seems to think that he's really cool, good looking, and just a good ole bro, but I've seen him on TV when Finebaum was in Starkville and he's just a bald guy that has a look about him that's part deer in the headlights and part crystal meth tweaker that knows very little about anything.
He also created a company and called it Y'all Lifestyle. That's where the toolness /pretentiousness comes into play.
