Or a clean play by the Bama DB while he was making a play at the ball? Hand makes contact with the face mask while he looking for the ball but he gave up on the ball and turned to the WR with his hand still on the face mask and the ball hit him in the back of the head. Clean play or PI?

This thread isn't about how classy A&M fans or Bama fans are.

This game like last years came down to turnovers. Those who had the most lost. It's what happens when two good teams meet.

Bama manned up and played to speed all night. The question you should be asking now, moving forward, is which teams left to play, will fake the most injuries to slow yall down?

yep.

Run the ball, stop the run, don't turn the ball over.

Alabama has proven tough to beat when winning the turnover battle since the start of the 2008 season. The Crimson Tide is 42-0 in that time when the Tide has fewer turnovers than its opponents.

Yup. PI could be called on most good coverage plays. You have to remember that "hands to the face" happened in about 1/10th of a second real time. It was a good defensive play and the guy was well covered.

PI or could also be Illegal Hands to the Face... on anybody but Bama!

He was not going for the ball... He should have drawn a flag for making contact with the receiver intentionally and altering his path as the receiver was attempting to catch the ball. This also was not incidental contact. These calls most of the time err on the offensive side even when it appears that illegal contact was incurred.

Also bear in mind that I did not see this play before or care which way this game went. Either way one of our foes loses and one wins...

Yes, it was PI. That being said if Jaquay Williams runs the right route on that second quarter INT we are at least tied with Bama in the fourth quarter.

Blaming the refs is for f@ggots and LSU fans.

And if Yeldon doesn't fumble on the 3-yard line....

And if Johnny doesn't get lucky when he just chunked that ball in the air....

And if Amari Cooper decided to play better...

And if Fulton doesn't let Evans get behind him....

And if Sunseri doesn't get out of position on the Wallace TD...

PI seems right. But you have to admit you had a lot of plays go ATMs way

1. The catch with the receiver out of bounds.
2. JFF commiting face mask penalty against Williams. Williams got called for a horse collar (it was) but should have been offsetting penalties.
3. Oops, that's not targeting. Oh well have a 15 yard penalty anyway.

Need I go on? JFF fought valiantly, but your team lost. Please don't resort to blaming the refs.

You want to talk about the rules not being applied? If holding can be called every play do you not think it is weird those 10 sec long Johnny Scramble Hail Mary's have had not one single hold or block in the back?
