Biggest difference: Confidence of teams own fans vs the rest of the league?

I would say it's UT, but it's really only a couple of guys endlessly pumping their team. Most of their fans seem to be pretty reasonable with their expectations. Maybe even conservative.
So it's either MSU or LSU.
MSU thinks they will have a very good year again, and most everyone else (maybe unfairly) is picking them in the bottom of their division of not dead last.
LSU fans think they are a NC contender, and most everyone else thinks they will be pretty good but not on that level.
