Georgia's defense held a ranked team to 55 yards rushing and 5.4 yards per attempt passing, forcing two fumbles.

But whatever, vandy has a better defense than Georgia.

Performance against MTSU at their place was really impressive. In '16 they were no.11 in total offense and averaged 39 ppg and just went up to Syracuse and won last night. Will be interested to see how they fare Rowing the Boat up at Minnesota this week.

I was happy that Georgia beat ND.

But lets not kid ourselves, ND will not be ranked at the end of the season.

Ok but they are better than any opponent vandy or lsu has faced thus far..

2016 BYU went 9 and 4
2016 ND went 4-8 and will go 4 and 8 again.

Yes, it was a great win in a tuff place to play...but ND is trash and It should be expected that an elite SEC school would beat them.

Point taken but those passing and rushing yard totals are not per game averages.

Current ESPN efficiency ratings "based on the point contributions of each unit to the team's scoring margin, on a per-play basis. The values are adjusted for strength of schedule and down-weighted for "garbage time" (based on win probability). The scale goes from 0 to 100; higher numbers are better and the average is roughly 50 for all categories. Efficiencies update daily during the season."

Those are total pass and rush yards, not per game averages.

Something wrong with yo stats. You cant have more yds per game passing than you have total yds...

Looks like total pass yds season and total rush yds season. Add those together and divide by two and you get the TYPG.
