I'm honestly a bit surprised that A & M is ranked as high as they are. Would have expected them to be at or near the bottom.

It's an arbitrary ranking system based on a point system completely made up at random by the OP.

I wouldn't put much stock into it. Although he did nail UGA's rank.

Um, did you read the title? It's legit.

Tnew Big 6. #feelsgoodman

If you give Arkansas the 10 points for the rightful NC in 64 we move to 5th. #feelsevenbetter

I used AP only 100% out of deference to BAMMERS CHEAT AND LIE PAWL. I always forget that somehow LSU people think this is done to screw them and not as a gracious way to not include our Rose Bowl Titles or the year that shall not be named.

Besides, tack on 10 more pts and LSU is still in the same spot.

24 total FBS teams have 700 or more victories (Navy just entered that club with their latest victory over Army)

A&M ranks 15th and is 17 behind West Virginia (14th), 21 behind Auburn (13th), 50 behind LSU (12th), and 70 behind Georgia (11th) all time.

All of the top 10 have 800 or more victories.

Ohio State just jumped Nebraska for 5th with Alabama hot on their heels. Alabama could conceivably catch all but Notre Dame and Michigan by the end of this decade. Notre Dame just joined Michigan in the 900 win club this season.

You realize only is word that implies diminutive amounts right? Georgia would have to lose every game for 6 seasons or Tennessee would have to lose every game for 9 seasons AND aTm would have to win every game in that span just to catch up. "Only" was a poor choice of words.

Why?

Tennessee ranks : T3rd National, 2nd SECC, T2nd Bowls, 3rd 10 Win Seasons, 2nd 1st Team AA

Where exactly would you rank them? They are 2nd or 3rd in every category, 2nd in most.

Wow, I had no idea. Y'all have been totally irrelevant for 50+ years now, it's just hard keeping up with everything that happened pre-desegregation.

Tennessee and Georgia should be in their own tier based on the points, IMO.
