In 5 most recent seasons' bowls...
2011: 1-2, Big 10's sole win was in 3 OTs.
2010: 1-3, Big 10's sole win was later forfeited for using ineligible players.
2009: 1-1, SEC's win was in 1 OT
2008: 1-1
2007: 1-2, SEC champion beat Big 10 champ

That's 5-9 but officially 4-10 after the forfeited Sugar Bowl from last season. People in Big 10 country shouldn't be angry or surprised when SEC fans talk about the superiority of the SEC. It won't stop until the Big 10 manages to win more than lose vs the SEC.

I thought it was lousy that Ohio St.'s players were allowed to play in the bowl. It's a lose-lose situation w/ neither team able to claim a win.

OSU wanted to forfeit and send us the trophy.

Told them we were over it already.
