Caddy and Ronnie Brown have to be up there somewhere. Shaun Alexander.

Those three in the top 10 somewhere.

Going back 10 yrs from last year or just the 00's?

Cuz if you said last ten years from 2008, I would have to put Alexander pretty close up with DMac, then.

Jerrious Norwood

Just think if he had the Offensive Line of an LSU, Auburn, Bama or Georgia? JMO

MSU's all time leading rusher.

In regards to McFadden/Jones - Williams/Brown:

Rushing Yards:
McFadden -4,590
Williams -3,831
Jones -2,956
Brown -2,707

Don't have the exact #'s in front of me but looked the other day and something like this....

All Purpose:

McFadden- 5,800
Williams- 5,100
Jones- 5,070
Brown- ? (3 to 4 thousand-ish)

A note on Felix Jones:

He is 14 carries away from the SEC Record Book minimum of 400 carries needed to qualify for the Yards per Carry stat. Had he maintained his average for 14 more carries, he would eclipse Bo Jackson's #1 spot by a FULL MOTHERFRICKIN YARD at 7.2 yards per carry. He is 44 yards away from 3,000 at 7.2 per.

His NFL average was/is 8.9 yards per carry with 30 for 266 before being injured 6 games in last season.

In 6 games he gained 710 All-Purpose Yards on 48 touches, 14.7 yards per touch, earning 3 Rookie of the Week awards.

Deuce McAllister

and it ain't even close.

he has proven himself in the NFL as the Saints all-time leading rusher despite missing nearly 2 full seasons due to injury....unlike a struggling McFadden who is an NFL bust.

How can you label McFadden a bust, when he was drafted by a terrible team with no help? If you remember correctly McAllister had Rickey, who was and is a good NFL back to compliment him and the Saints were in the playoff mix. .

I thought we said SEC RB.

No one really cares what they have done/are doing in the league.

Before the CC's cite Williams and Brown splitting carries, here:

Jones:

387 carries
2,954 yards
7.6 YPC

All purpose is just over 4,000.

Injured all season long but through 13 games, injured, he had 499 yards rushing, 285 receiving, and 5 TD's for 784 All-Purpose Yards at 5.52 per touch.

He also made the Cowboys his bitch 3 nights ago.

If that's a "bust", well, so be it.

It's been one year brah

And it wasn't even that bad of a year for an NFL rookie on a terrible team.
