It's because they had a pre-discussed amount and 300 was more than expected. Light bills in the south over 300dollars show a lack of household (institutional) control.

Tunsil probably didn't feel too bad about rolling on Ole Miss because he was sick of their lowballing bullshite.

Depends. It was the middle of February so she was probably running the heat, and if it was electric not gas that can shoot a bill up pretty quick. Also, I'm guessing her apartment probably wasn't stamped with an energy star seal of approval.

My light plus water bill in a 2 bedroom loft living alone is approx 170. The highest ever was 240.
