It's undoubtedly ATL unless there is some niche quality of another city that interests you.

Depends on lifestyle and interest, but Nashville does have a lot going for it. The southeast consists of much more though:

Miami
Tampa
Atlanta
Charleston
Asheville

Those, plus Nashville are probably the best.

A poster named DoTurd pretty arrogantly said Nashville was hands down, far and away the best city in the SE and all other places were basically Memphis-like with crime and violence

Let's set the record straight, you said Bristol was a better city than Nashville in TN, I told you to enjoy Memphis. You made up the rest of it to try to influence the posters, rookie move, but I understand the desperation in your losing cause.

Nashville isn't even the best city in Tennessee.

Hell, Bristol is a better city than Nashville.

Have fun in Memphis!

Thought you would like Memphis since you seem to love Bristol. Start a thread about the best SEC city/town and when the results are in come back to this thread.

frick that. New Orleans is the best by far to visit. I wouldn't want to live there unless I was extremely wealthy, but just as a road trip, New Orleans is hands down the best city in the south.

Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Tampa, and Jacksonville are better than Nashville.
